Car 88 Grille Frame 2026 SMP
Won on Debut in Mustang
Broc Feeney made history at Sydney Motorsport Park in February 2026, delivering victory in the opening race of the Supercars season on Triple Eight Race Engineering’s return to Ford. Driving the #88 Red Bull Ampol Racing Mustang, Feeney won on debut with the new car, giving Triple Eight a dream start to its new Ford era.
The weekend showcased both Feeney’s speed and the immediate competitiveness of the Mustang, despite challenges including a cool suit failure and a plastic bag becoming caught in the car’s air intake. His opening-race victory made Sydney Motorsport Park a significant milestone in Triple Eight’s history and provided the perfect beginning to its renewed partnership with Ford.
